I ordered this pretty skeptical because of the different reviews and haier customer service problems they had. I didnt want to end up with something that breaks in ten days then battle haier for a replacement, but once it arrived in about 9 calender days, it was awesome. I hooked it up. Very easy set up. I dont sugesst putting the aluminum plate on the bottom because it makes a very very loud noise even though its supposed to make the unit quieter. Ha. Whata joke. It makes it rattle very loud so I left it off and its alot better. Mine has not leaked at all. And no dents anywhere. So im not sure what happened with the other reviewers units. I love this thing. Its about as big as a kitchen trash can. I can put about 3 shirts, 3 shorts and undies/bras/socks in it and it has no problem cleaning them. And probably a little more. And im talkin bout big shirts 3xl and shorts 3xl. Everything comes out very clean and remarkably dry because it spins very fast then stuff dries on my drying rack in about 5 to10 hours and alot less for smaller items. It doesnt have a middle for moving the clothes around but the way the unit rotates the clothes works very well. All of my neighbors are jealous because I dont have to go wait at the laundry mat anymore or go to someones house. I love this little thing. I do clothes once a week and its about 2 loads. I washed large towels and jeans with no problem. And im talkin bout big jeans not size 2, like size 22. Haha. I hope you enjoy this unit, I know I do. And im very glad I got it. Works great! I have nothing bad to say other than that bottom plate I described already. Enjoy yours! You wont be sorry you got it.
